How do other contractors measure up?
1. Will the contractor offer lighting demonstrations ?
2. Does the contractor use three dimensional lighting techniques ?
3. Will the contractor insure proper design and performance ?
* Direct burial brass connectors plus heat shrink insulated tubing to
insure a non corrosive connection (unlike weatherproof wire nuts)
* To insure all fixture receive no less than 10.5 volt to no more than
12 volts in insure the light of the bulbs on a 12 volt system ?
* All wire properly secured to the ground ?
4. Will the contractor provide you with a diagram design of your
system, including performance measurements of key point of the
landscape lighting system ?
5. Does the contractor offer a maintenance program for you
system ?
6. Will the contractor give you a 10 year warranty on fixtures,
transformers and connections or a lifetime warranty with the
yearly maintenance program ?
